The recital went off without a hitch. Man she's cute! Amiah was front and center. Love it! There was NO flash photography, so I had to experiment a little with my camera. (Still haven't mastered it obviously by the lack of color, but with a few tips from a friend...managed to get some good shots. Click on them and zoom to see more clearly.)
She very studiously watched her teacher intently, and put on her smile. She was done up to a tee, and happy as a lark. With her family, Grandpa, Grandma, and Great-Grandma in the audience, she performed her best, and did a good job.
With a beautiful bouquet of pink, purple, and white flowers....Amiah felt like a princess. She said, "That Grandma sure does love me!" She was right. And that Daddy was the "specialist" too (for bringing her two pretty red tulips), so he got to put her in bed tonight.
One happy little girl. She was so convinced that she needed a trophy like her "boys". And I think she got it...

(PS..Thanks for running the video camera Grandma. Daddy just wasn't feeling up to it. And I love all the commentary. Stupid people...lol...)
