Well, we ended up with a "stay-cation" this year. Memorial Day weekend wasn't planned for anything super fabulous.....but we sure did end of having a TON of fun! Friday night, Andrew and I went out for a little grown up time. We had dinner and a movie with some good friends. (Ladies....unless you're really into action....send your man with a buddy to see Terminator!) Saturday, we planned a mini fishing trip with some good friends and family. It was a beautiful vision in my mind....kids playing in the water, men fishing, women making dinner and tending to the little ones. Uh, not so much....mostly it was a lot of running from mosquitos, and leaving early. Oh well, it was worth a shot! Sunday we took a quick trip to Grandma and Grandpa's house. I wanted to leave town, and enjoy some fresh mountain air. And that's exactly what we did!! My favorite part was how cool it was in the canyon. Smelled good, kids got to run, get dirty, and Grandpa lit a fire in the pit. Gotta love roasting marshmallows and hot dogs! Kids were pooped, I'm pooped, so here's a few pics........I'm outta here.

whoa...all hunched over is not a flattering pose for me! fun pics!i have a few good ones, but mmostly about ten mosquito bites to remind me of our afternoon!
