So last night...we took the kids to the ward Christmas party.
They had dinner, the high school choir, and a magician.
The kids were mesmerized!!
Then the anticipation was unbearable...as they waited for their turn!
They finally got to see the big man...
And they got to ride on his old fashioned fire truck that was all lit up with lights. They rode all around the parking lot singing Christmas carols. How awesome!
Finally the night came to end, and they had to give Santa a hug goodbye. They each got a candy cane and headed home to hit the sack...
Just for your information...this man lives in the Columbia Village area. He plays Santa all month long. He does free sleigh and fire truck rides from his home. On Christmas Eve he actually hands out hot chocolate and candy canes too. I've attached his hours, location, and info if you're interested it taking your kids for a fun time...it's FREE!!
