We got invited to a 'grown ups' party. Yahoo for us!! We had to dress up, as it was Pirate themed. How did we do?
The night started out with dinner...torches, fire pits, yummy food and drinks...
Down to every detail, everything was pirate. Even the red velvet cupcakes with skull and crossbones were to die for!
Then the "hunt" began...here Bric is giving us our directions.
We first had to put together our puzzle with our first clue...go team #1!
We were on the same team as the Englehorns,
and the Lovelands. It was a fun time.
After all the teams returned back at the Roger's home, we shared funny stories and wild adventures.
The competition got a little fierce, people were driving up on curbs and landscaping, and SOME people were even jumping in front of cars, and on the hood to try to stop the teams from getting back before us. It was CRAZY!!
We had yummy hot chocolate and shared our pirate names while we sat around the fires. It was so fun. Then we took our treasure and headed home. We were tired, but it was worth every second of it. Thanks guys!

So much fun, huh! Sorry we took your clue at the end -- it really was unintentional! :) Although, I wouldn't have put it past Sean to cheat! Susie, though....no way! AARRGGH!
That looks hilarious! You guys have so much fun! And I love your outfits...just AWESOME! BTW...Abryn is one smart cookie...subbed in his class a few weeks ago! :)
