So today we celebrated Mom's birthday (all be it a little late), and Dorinda and Gram provided it ALL!! It was awesome...we went to Settlers Park in Meridian, and planned on doing the Movie in the Park. We had yummy chicken, jojo potatoes, rolls, drinks, fruit, and more!
Everyone was there (except Molly) with their spouses, and kids. The Daddies were the best and took all the wee ones to the playground for some fun before cake. I even took another stab at a cake from scratch. (That Aunt Edith sure did know what she was doing...it was delicious!)
Then we settled in on our blankets and chairs to wait for the movie to start.
They played loud music so the kids had a good time dancing around!

Anyway, super duper fun...and totally bummed that we got stormed out and didn't get to see the movie. All Abryn could think was..."Dang it! We took a nap for nothing!" Life is so rough! :)
