Tonight was so fun. We've been struggling with super tired kids lately, school is killing us! They come home absolutely exhausted. We have had to do away with naps during the day because of the school schedules. So, the last couple of days we've been trying something new. Short naps AFTER school, makes for a much more successful evening. (Then we just stay up a bit later at night.) Usually we eat dinner, clean up, get ready for bed, brush teeth, read, pray and call it a night at 7pm. Now I'm having to figure out what to do after dinner. So, I sent them outside! The boys were "robbers' tonight, and Amiah helped me stay inside and make brownies. She was a great helper...although the egg had a tough time making it inside the bowl. They were pretty tasty. She even told Austin, "Hey Austin, do you know why they're called brownies? Because they're made out of brown!" Duh!

what silly kids! the video of little missy made me laugh out loud -- she is so sassy and cute! good job on the hair...that one can be tricky (mine never looks like a heart!).
